Hello, I’m Dimple.
For twenty years we’ve been running The Touch of Dimple. At only ten years old, I brought the beauty of henna to life on the hands of my first bride. Now, we continue to create art through henna, hair, and makeup for a range of occasions and across cultures.
When I’m not out there running this business, you can find me cooking up a delicious meal for my family and I, watching a new Bollywood movie, or exploring a new place.

Roots in India
Before I immigrated to Toronto in 2001, I lived in Mumbai where I honed and nurtured my skills while working with my older sister, Jayvanti.
I graduated from the hair and esthetics programs with Marium Zaveri in Bombay, and hold 10 Mumbai henna artist titles.
Mumbai to Toronto
My husband, Manish and I immigrated from Mumbai, India to Toronto, Canada in 2001 with our daughter, Vidhi. This is us at the Niagara Falls.
I wanted to build on my prior skills and knowledge, so I got my esthetics certification from Seneca College in the earlier years. After developing a style of my own I added other services and turned them into a successful entrepreneurial endeavour.
